I am using my new 42mm Oval weight over a 20mm donut. I’m up to 4inches, but can’t wear this 24/7. Love the feeling and the swing in my pants. The Oval weight is incredible and is very comfortable.

Looks great brother. Love the feeling too. Up to 110mm (for only a couple hours) after 3yrs wearing metal; ditched the leather stretchers years ago. Nuttin like that swing between your legs on my nuts. Wear them as often as I can. A 40mm can be a daily 24hr best friend when I don’t have to go into the office and through metal detectors.
