Stacking weights vs. One heavy weight

If you want to keep pushing and get those gains, you will need to add to your weights. Stacking is a great way to do that as it allows you to add weight over time and then enjoy the progress. The downside is that you’ll spend more time putting them on and taking them off. There is also a greater risk of pinching with more weights, so make sure you lube up.  Good luck, LLB

    • I did once and didn’t like the way they pinched or the way they could loosen up over the course of the day. Yes, there are easier to put on and take off, but I’d rather have the security of knowing it will stay in place.
