Question for anyone with the experience – I’m thinking about pros and cons (if any?) for adding the Reverse PA (RPA) to my PA. Does having a ring all the way through (APA) make all day wear any more comfortable? Given how thin it is on bottom I figure it may be more comfortable and durable to have it all the way through? Any easier to pee? Better sex?? Any intel on the subject is appreciated.

No advice here . just admiring the view. I have similar thoughts about getting a PA , or and APA !!

Go with one or the other but not both. After 25 years my original PA migrated out and now have a reverse one with a two gauge. Like it much better than the original one.
So don’t have it as an APA ? Let the bottom shrink? I don’t think it will close after it stretching to 1/2”…
Looked into that same dilemma, my skin split on the PA. You need stitches to heal it up. I switched to a RPA and its hands down much more comfortable and stable.
Wow. That sux! Glad you were able to switch to RPA! I will definitely take that into consideration – that’s my concern long term is a failure of the thin layer of tissue on a PA
What size did you start at? What was your healing time? Have you stretched it much?
Also Tony – curious what it is about the RPA that you like better over the PA??
What sort of jewelry do you wear in your RPA Tony? A CBR, bar or curved bar??
