The 20mm is tough, though once on it’s cool. Getting it off is another story, and a couple times I wasn’t sure I’d get it off, so be careful. I have no experience with an uncut head, but you might consider CG’s 3/4″ donut glans ring, which has a set screw so you can release it – much less stressful! 3/4″ actually comes out to 19mm, even smaller, but the shape is different (round, not flattened) so it’s less restrictive. I slip mine on assembled – with lots of lube – to avoid pinching, but assembling it on your shaft might work better with your shape. Good luck!
