  • I did a PA a long while back and now I am most dey addicted to the feel of a piercing the best part is when the needle pushes through the other side absolutely amazing a regular part of masturbation now I’m put in permanent jewelry soon hoping to have a decent sized pa soon of course all self done

    • Wow – impressive. Just be careful man! If I had the know how and guts I would do my own Reverse PA but that’s a lot more tissue than a PA. Everything I read says go to a professional which is probably sound advice.
