Hey, have fun! I’ve been using penis plugs and sounds for almost eight years. Played it safe and started with a 6mm diameter, and quickly worked up to 8’s and 9’s. I can now take a 10mm diameter but have no desire to go further as I have a nice collection of 9.5-10mm diameter plugs that stay in nicely and I don’t want to replace. Everybody’s different, though. Three to five inches is a good starting length, but I have some flexible ones in the 30-36 cm (11-14 inche) range that go well into my bladder. That takes some practice and patience. Go slow, use lots of sterile lube, sterilize the plugs and sounds between usages, and just be careful so you don’t hurt yourself. The long ones are an acquired taste! Oh, and use plugs designed for the purpose made of stainless steel, like Chain Gang sells, so they can be kept sterile.
