Should I upgrade my PA to add the RPA?

Question for anyone with the experience – I’m thinking about pros and cons (if any?) for adding the Reverse PA (RPA) to my PA.  Does having a ring all the way through (APA) make all day wear any more comfortable? Given how thin it is on bottom I figure it may be more comfortable and durable to have it all the way through? Any easier to pee? Better sex?? Any intel on the subject is appreciated.

  • Go with one or the other but not both. After 25 years my original PA migrated out and now have a reverse one with a two gauge. Like it much better than the original one.

    • So don’t have it as an APA ? Let the bottom shrink? I don’t think it will close after it stretching to 1/2”…

      • Looked into that same dilemma, my skin split on the PA. You need stitches to heal it up. I switched to a RPA and its hands down much more comfortable and stable.

        • Wow. That sux! Glad you were able to switch to RPA! I will definitely take that into consideration – that’s my concern long term is a failure of the thin layer of tissue on a PA

          • I started my RPA at a 6 gauge. Its on the tail end of the heal. Probably gonna stretch a size up and see how it goes. My goal is to get my 0 gauge heavy CBR in. I miss the weight fiercely

      • The skin between the urethra and frenulum will split. Two choices, go in for stitches and chance tough scar tissue or let it heal naturally and have a nice wide open peehole. I was kinda bummed when mine split but now I like it. My RPA piercing ball fits nicely in the open spot

        • Also opens the door for much bigger cock plugs and sounds. I went from a tight uncomfortable 13 mm to a 16/17 penis plug with nothing but pleasure

          • Thanks for all the intel Travisto. I could see missing all the weight – I hope to get the RPA stretched out as well.
