I have been intrigued by PAs for a long time. I love the look. My question is what happens during penetrative sex? Do you remove it or does it stay in place? If it stays in place, how does it feel for both partners? Thanks for posting. Great picture!

It’s up to preference. No problem with sex. Can put in any gauge or diameter that works or a barbell.
