Ball Stretching



Stretching almost 7 months – not much of a natural hang at this point. Can comfortably wear a stretch weight of about  1.75 – 2 inches most of the day. Thought I might see better progress at this point. I had always had pretty tight balls, so who knows… comments suggestions? I weight about 10 hrs a day, 5 or 6 days a week……probably need to spend more time on stretching exercises? How best to exercise?

    are you keep your scrotum warm with a ball sack during the cold weather? Also stretch your balls during your hot showers and if possible, dangle in a steam room or sauna – lol – even some push ups and pelvic thrusts while weighted – certainly and interesting feeling an the heat does wonders for your ball sack. Length does not occur overnight as you have read other stories here! Keep em warm and be patient!

    Good looking hang and something which is all down to practice. I always lube up my balls as this helps with the stretching but other than that it’s down to patience.

    Hi mate. Start by rubbing petroleum jelly into your balls twice daily and whenever in private exercise by pulling yourself as much as is comfortable.
    Remember to persist as the results are worth all the effort.
    Your balls look fine to me.

    Rick, your stretch looks amazing so far. I am just starting to stretch and I am wondering how are you able to stretch up to 10 hrs a day. I can only manage about 2 hrs at a time. Any advice would be appreciated. You also have a beautiful looking cock, I wouldn’t mind getting my hands on that.

      Just takes practice and a comfortable weight to go all day. Every few weeks or a month I have been able to add 7.5 ounces or so… Just takes time…. Started with one 7.5 last October and can now get 5 of those on. Not all day with that weight, but usually do about 30 ounces most of the day.
