Are those 20 mm if so what is the inside diameter

Yes, 20mm weights. Inside diameter is 40mm for the larger one and 38mm for the smaller one.

I love it…A+ I am still at the early stage of adding weight then backing off. If anything feels sore, I give it a day or two.
