I want to start using ball stretchers. Any suggestions what to start with and the best way to measure?

I started with a 20mm and worked up from there. takes time, so don’t rush it. a seamstress tape works for measuring, or you can use a string.warm bath helps with stretch also ,or a hot tub is even better.

Jeff thanks a bunch for the advice. I don’t want to spend a lot of useless money like I did on plugs before I got it right.
