Have you tried turning around the
Oxball Sling?
I have a few nutstretchers like that an anytime I would wear them with my nuts to the front with anything else it would definitely cut down how long I could wear it. But with my nuts to the back would double the time easily. But then you have to be careful not to sit on your balls.
