You’re on the right track.
You’ll actually see results in about six months. Don’t increase the weights too rapidly though. You have to give the skin and all the vessels time to recover and rebuild as everything stretches. Wear the weights especially when you notice your sack is relaxed and hanging low, like a hot day, hot shower, & ideally a hot bath. Put some kind of oil on your sack and add the weights. You’ll be swinging in no time!
Mine now hang so low from stretching have to wear cargo shorts so they don’t show when I run commando during the summer.
