Round 2. Another Frenum at the top and 3 Scrotum. Finally got my PA to 0 Guage love the weight. Should I keep going or start sizing up. Next would be last frenum on the ladder and 3 more scrotums.

You won’t be able to stop. When I had my ladder, I had 12 Frenums along with 13 Scrotum piercings. I since removed the ladder, but added 2 more Scrotum piercings. I really want to add a couple more yet
