Been lurking around here way too long so it’s time to share a few pics of my own. This is the new piece. The side shaft is the 1g piece. The shaft diameter is 10mm which I can just barely fit in. Probably will relax to cover up to the ball once the pisshole stretches a bit. Not going to try jacking of with it until it slides in and out 
better.

Very nice, think I have the piece pipe,0g and 12 mm,it takes some time to get the 0g lined up just right and then screw it on. Thanks for sharing.
Looks great. I wore mine for a few months without removing it. A year later I tried putting it back in and got frustrated trying to line it up. I miss wearing it. Probably going to try again this weekend. Thanks for the inspiration.
Thanks Guys. I was having trouble lining it up as well. What I do now is insert the shaft, then twist my dick a little over 90 degrees upside down in my left hand. Then I adjust the depth and rotate the shaft until I see the hole, then maintain that orientation using my thumb and forefinger on the ball and holding my dick between my palm and my other three fingers. Once I feel the side piece matching up with the hole I rotate the screw counterclockwise until I feel the threads match up then rotate the side piece clockwise to screw it in. It helps a lot to keep lube off of the ball and my fingers as well.
