Had to reduce the size of these to under 300KB apparently. In this next pic I’m trying to show how deep the piece goes, but you can’t see the bend well. The shaft ends just before the circ scar.

I am at a 4 gauge, how do you pee this larger size? That’s amazing though.

You unscrew the end ball and pee through the piece. I usually first pee as hard as I can to clean around the inserted shaft and the side shaft. You don’t want the smegma to accumulate possibly hosting infections. It also smells and tastes like hell for your partner. It’s not like foreskin smegma that’s cheesy, it literally smells like dead people. The other nice thing about the hole in the end is that you can inject some lube before fun time and squish it up toward the end. If the piece does not slide freely during sex it’s irritating as hell and kills the fun. Good luck on your upsizing!
