    Best to start with moderate weight than go heavier.??

    • Yeah, start with a 30mm tall weight. Mine are 36mm inside diameter but you may have to play around with that. The Chain Gang customer service is great so if you get the wrong size, they’ll take them back. Glad you girlfriend likes!
