Thanks! I just found out I had to remove the ball weight because after 4 days of 24/7 my scrotal skin was sore and raw. My balls felt fine! I think I stretched my sack too hard, too fast and with too much weight. After it feels better I will follow your advice to go slow and use more of my Palmer’s cocoa butter.

I’ve had my PA since 1998. I go between a 6 and 4 gauge. Wow! 0 and 00 seem amazing! Looks good on you. My ball sack is healing. Now using a smaller leather stretcher for awhile.

As Mrg says – take is slow and keep ’em warm. I’ve not shaved my scrotum at times and when the hair is longer, sometimes does not irritate that ‘constriction’ location. You could use those ‘heater toe warmers’ inside your ball sock when it is cold.

Hi. I was using a 20mm x 38mm ball weight but I need a little more diameter for comfort, so I am going to a 20mm x 40mm weight. Once I am stretched, I can go back a size I hope.
