I bought several of the bike chain cock rings to make sure ai had the right size for the occasion. Lil’ Fatty’s sporting a 50mm ring, which is comfortable for a long ride; I’ve been successful with a little lube and patience mounting a 45mm. I have a 40mm I wear on the shaft in front of my ball sack to maintain my wood. The combination of the 45mm and the 40mm makes Little Fatty stiff as IRON.
