I started with 9mm and slowly worked up to 10mm. Surgilube is a great lubricant, and it’s sterile so if you make a very small tear it probably won’t risk infection. To be honest, I don’t think a larger size per se brings any more pleasure. I collected a whole bunch of 9.5 – 10mm plugs that I really enjoy, so I’m happy to stay there.
