There’re guys on here with WAY better experience than me. But what I did: I usually apply oil (coconut, avocado, or olive) before the weights. I usually like to put the weights on first thing in the morning when my sack is relaxed, and at night after a shower. Start with a 20MM, then move up when you feel it’s no longer a challenge, 10MM at a time – 30MM, 40MM, 50MM. I personally like the magnetic stretchers because of the ease of putting on and off.
