Do you prefer the silicone plugs over steel? I’ve never used them.

I like them both Gary. The silicone is more forgiving after you try to jump a gauge. You can put it back in and not feel the tug of the gauge you were trying to put in. If that makes any sense. In the end your body will only let you do so much. I try to stretch every morning when I brush my teeth.
