NICE! Do you ever have trouble with it accidentaly falling off due to the gap?

Not so far, no. The gap is VERY small – less than 1/32 of an inch, so even if the unbeaded end slips into the hole, it’s not going anywhere. See the amount of flesh between the PA hole and the urethra – too much to squeeze through. However, I can pull my foreskin through that gap if I’m VERY slow and careful.
