After a lots of little annoyances with piercing beads slipping back through my urethra when ‘in use’, I decided to order a Big Baller. It worked! Although it’s heavy, it definitely suits the intended purpose. The bead under the glans is a bit too small, so I need to order a new one.
BTW – for you guys with foreskin like myself, this is probably the most comfortable everyday wear PA jewelry. It doesn’t get in the way of foreskin movement, whether in underwear or a regimental kilt.

Definitely an outdoor or sit down to pee arrangement. However, since the ball is so big, it’s very easy to remove the entire thing to pee, if you have to.
