Dano, They actually do well with clothes. I do a lot of sitting with my job and the piercings actually help my pelvic floor. The piercings actually lay flat and it’s like having trigger point release from the beads of the captive bead rings. Getting your perineum pierced is the biggest rush and feels amazing, and it’s also the biggest adrenaline rush of any piercings I’ve had done.
