A hot environment is your friend. I usually attach the weights first thing in the morning when I’m hanging low to get more stretch. I wear them in and out of a hot shower. Also, on hot days, without clothing, or loose shorts, so the weights are not restricted. When I said, I don’t let them rest on the chair and let them hang over the chair under the weight. If I notice that my balls are not contracted and hanging low, I’ll slip on another weight ring. This is pretty much how I achieved this.

One thing important I forgot to mention, is that you definitely have to put lube on before you hang the weights. Everything is much easier and they slide down better to do their job. I usually use avocado oil.
