My advice to you is make sure you clean that every three days with a saline solution. And don’t wear tight underwear the healing process is up to three months so enjoy it. The swelling will go down eventually that’s something not to worry about unless it gets infected, but you shouldn’t have any problems. Good luck with your reverse PA..

I was told 4 to 6 weeks before any sexual contact. I didn’t have any swelling but I just got a standard PA. But like cat man said keep it clean. I used the wound wash about 3 times a day and I believe it helped a lot another thing you can try is a numbing cream it’s a topical cream you can get it on Amazon use a qtip to apply around the piercing site it will help a lot. wash with the salt water ,, I used an old jelly jar with warm salt water and soaked till the water was too cool, pat dry stay naked as much as possible , be patient

All is good now since piercing, I am up to a 4 gauge but finding it hard to evacuate urine, any suggestions? Should I go to a captive ring?
