I can stop but don’t WANT to stop feeling the tug and swing. Just think I should stop going longer and longer. Yesterday I wore my 80mm, 3 lbs, 2.7 oz weight all day and today I went with 100mm, 3 lbs, 13.4 oz and plan to wear it all day.
