Hi Ayh, I had the same problem. I made a new hole a bit down in the shaft , coupled with the PA hole, and now I arrived to 11mm diameter without issues

I went up to that size and eventually it tore through. Now I have a split head. so was thinking about a reverse PA.

Same thing with me like Billy said my PA was ripped out and now I have a split head but enjoying it.

Billy, went through the same dilemma and went to the RPA. You wont regret making the switch!

I did an RPA before I had a blow out, now I wear it as an apadravya ring or tunnel with ring
