I have used the flexable tube sound, it is not uncomfortable to wear for extended times,which I do. Sometimes maybe 1/2 a day or so..I use a whole set of sounds an am up to the 35mm size,both straight an curved, I do prefer the curved ones best. They are 11in’s long, I can insert all but the last inch or so..;-0
