What’s the cost and how much pain is there? -
It hurt a lot, but I survived! I got my piercing yesterday, so I’ve had it for a little over 24 hours. I like it more and more and the bleeding is slowly stopping. I woke up this morning with my dick erect and there was a lot of blood, but it’s ok now.

Looking good! I love my PA!!! I wish I would have gotten it sooner. I had it pierced at 39. The pain is real for a good minute and the healing can be annoying. Well worth the stick.

Getting your dick pierced isn’t as painful as it sounds. Had a regular PA then went for an RPA. Was a zero on the pain level when the needle went though.

I guess a little pain can be tolerated if the end result is worth it. I’ve cut my own pee hole about 4mm to allow larger plugs , I’m actually planning on doing a few more MM . That hurt but only for a short period.

That is an absolutely awesome image of your “NEW PA” for sure. You certainly made the right decision to acquire a PA plus I noticed you used an 8 gauge as your initial piercing. Another good decision without a doubt!!! For the benefit of those guys who have never had a PA, (& I’m not really into piercings except PA/s) rest assured you have no idea whatsoever as to what you are missing out on when it comes to erotic male tool pleasure & in any case once you have acquired a PA in next to no time you’ll be saying to yourself, why the hell did I muck around for so long & be so indecisive over merely acquiring an awesome PA. As for the so called pain level, forget it provided you have had your piercer use some simple numbing cream you should experience no more then a mere level 2 (almost the lowest) & therefore its really a “NO BIG DEAL SCENARIO”. Those cowboy piercers who state that having some simple numbing cream applied is not really neccesary well my advice is to simply turn around pull up your underwear & pants & then run as fast as you can out their bloody door as that sort of attitude really does belong in the “Ole Wild West” together with their pathetic attitude!! Their macho ways of doing thngs (yeah supposedly BIG HE MEN) really are from the past & therefore should be left there together with themselves!! Simply state as you enter their premises, no numbing cream no PA, NO EXCEPTIONS as no further discussion is required. It’s your pleasure tool they are gunna be working on so you take charge & don’t allow them to dictate the terms of your intended acquisition!! Your paying for the bloody procedure so act accordingly!! Again well done indeed on your PA & you won’t be sorry except for the part about being so slow & damn indecisive!!
