This is a really cool toy. Looks like it might hurt, screwing it in to the delicate tissues of your urethra, but with enough lube (I use Surgilube) slathered onto the toy and even into your opening, you’ll be surprised how painless it actually is! It has a through-hole, so for security I use a stretchy acrylic ring to make sure it stays in under the pressure of peeing. The design is a little unusual; notice that the thickest part of the shaft is in the middle, not at the outer end.
Stays in great, even when you move around!
