  • P, so great to see you still hanging and stretching for your goal – thank you for sharing and showing the way! Keep ’em warm and moist! How long with the 9 rings and total weight! I just have the 3 pounds.

      I always start with 5 to seven rings and then always one ring more. 10 rings I wear only one day. So I get used to the ever-increasing weight. I often carry seven rings for several days.
      3 pounds is a whole lot and at the beginning you can feel it quite beautiful.
      My first narrow ring has really tormented me. I could only wear it for a very short time! Now, however, it is huge!

  • Correction, P – your 10 rings – btw, do you use a boat to keep ’em dry or hang ’em over the side of the toilet?
