one way to slowly stretch up

This is a set of antique medical devices called ‘sounds’. They used to be used in delivery of antiseptic to internal infections – like up your penis. Now, they are an expensive and much sought after fetish and sex toy.
In this case, I used them to slowly stretch my PA from 2 to 0 gauge. Worked great, but took several days and patience.
Always follow full sanitation procedures for such activities, of course.
