Hi RGC –pump obtained at pumptoys.com. A very good retailer. I prefer the “angled entry” option for comfort.Good selection of sizes and high quality

Thank you. Went to the site and found the pump. Question… Do you attach a hose to pump to vacuum out the the air ?

You don’t need a “pump” per se. Just make sure you order the “male coupler” that you will insert into the fitting on the cylinder. You then attach a couple of feet of clear hose (buy at Lowes…very cheap) You can then suck the air from the tube. It’s a quick connect fitting so you maintain the vacuum by disconnecting the hose. Easy to adjust the degree of vacuum…and you don’t lug around the pump. You’ll read articles about how much pressure to create in the tube. I’ve never had a guage to measure it…but a little common sense and I’m sure you won’t apply too much vacuum pressure. The seal on these tubes is good, so you can move about freely with the tube in place. Have fun.
