    • I don’t get a chance to do it very often but I do enjoy it when I get the chance. Happy stretching and this thanksgiving reminds me to work on stretch out that “turkey neck” haha

  • BT, I admire your dedication and work – IMHO – this is your best photo! Ahhh, someday I’ll be there, but then – ha! how long will you be – be careful as your balls could get wrapped around your thigh! OMG!

    • Thanks for the comment and I’ll keep you posted if they wrap around my thigh..LOL, I’ve been working at it going on four years and I believe my “secret” is using a bag to lock in the moisture from the lotion I use and then a sock to keep it warm.       • I’m using a ziplock bag over my balls that are covered with bag balm. Then I put the ring over the bag and pull it up tight around my scrotum. How long do you leave the bag on before ‘airing’ your balls? You mentioned a sock over all this during the ‘cold weather’ or all the time? I am now using two 2# 6oz round rings – certainly does give a tug when walking around – have to let them dangle over the edge of my seat or put them above my thighs when driving.

        • I keep the bag on for one day, remove it to shower, and sometimes reaply depending on the day and what I’m able to wear. The sock is mainly for the colder days but also to prevent the “bag sound” when walking around. I would say I wear the sock 75% of the time. Thanks for the message to remotivate me as I’ve been slacking these past couple months.

    • Thanks for the comment, you and another stretcher motivated me to jump back on my routine since I’ve been slacking the past couple months. I’m happy to help. I’ve started with tight body huggers a so I start suggesting patience and persistence. Moisture is key and I always tell fellow stretchers to get a non-zip sandwhich bag or a doggie-poop bag (you can get rolls at any pet store) and you 1st apply lotion? I suggest raw Shea butter b/c it’s not to watery. 2nd apply your bag to seal the moisture. 3rd is to apply your heated weights. Soak the weights in hot water for a minute or two before putting them on. Finally, put on an ankle high sock to keep everything arm and to prevent any bag sound. Let them hang as much as possible. There’s all kinds of stretches you can do so use your imagination and realize this is certainly not a race but a marathon that will take years to finish if at all. Overall, be careful, don’t over do it with heavy weight. Stick with a weight that is comfortable and that you can wear 24/7 and then go up slowly from there. I’m probably one of the lightest weight stretchers on this page and believe it’s more about consistency than adding heavy weight. Others may feel differently and disagree with me and that’s fine; to each there own. Happy stretching!

  • I love the amount of length you have achieved on your hang. It’s awesome to know that the balls can hang out the bottom of your shorts. I love to jog down the beach on a hot day a feel the swinging of my balls slapping against each leg. Great job

  • BT, am going scuba diving and snorkeling the next several weeks where it’s warm – and will be thinking of your dangling but won’t try that with my weights – too much of an attractant for critter!. Hope you share more photos with us, has been a while!
