    Yeah, getting use to a weight is one thing…. Just don’t overdo it….
    I have learnt the art of patience with stretching…
    Alas, thing are progressing really well in just 40 days!

      Thanks! I’ve already added a second weight about a week ago for 24/7. I do get a burning sensation but only when the muscles tighten up. In the morning when it’s cold and after sex. Should I worry or back off?

        If the pain gets over bearing then I take a weight off…. I’ve been on the 45mm of weights for a full week, but in the evening I have to drop the 15mm while I sleep.
        They also get quite tight in the mornings but it subsides after a while…

          I like what you have and would like to do the same but I have a problem with slippage. How do you work around that? I have a 42mm x 40mm hinged weight but my right nut keeps slipping out. I love the pull but it only stays in place for about an hour or so. any suggestions?
