The cage by itself. It’s easy to substitute a longer catheter tube when you’re in the mood. Those pointed pins hold the cage in place very well yet, surprisingly, don’t hurt unless you accidentally bump it.

I got this one on eBay, and its design worked great for me. At the time I don’t think Chain Gang carried any, although they do now (not of this design, though). Cock rings don’t fit my anatomy, so this one with the pointed pins works great for me. Definitely fun to wear around the house!
