This is the donut ball stretcher – 20mm x 34mm – 10.7 oz – just a little large so I use a brass oval shaped ring to keep it from falling. Before I was just using soldered brass rings to be cock and ball enhancers – Will be getting a hollow glans plug shortly. I use my leather ring to stretch and 24/7 for now. Great products from TCG

The narrower the ring – less weight, but I needed to go to a smaller diameter for the inner circle – 36 to 34mm so it would not dangle off – little over 2# 6oz – all that swinging around. This should work this time, but if a smaller diameter is needed – call TCG, make your return and then order the next size smaller – I use Bag Balm to keep my scrotum moist – I leave it on for about 4 or 5 days – and then take it off – do heat up in a steam room and sometimes the whirlpool with hot water, and then take a very hot shower to keep my balls loose.
