Ballstretching

Been stretching for about a month, can only do the 3 for a couple hours, the 2 are good for most of the day, 20mm good for all day. Comments, suggestions?

  • From my experience, you should stick with one weight and wear it as much as possible and include manual stretching to condition your body to the additional weight. After about two months, you should be able to add the second ring and wear it just as you did the single weight. As you probably already know, your body (pain or change in color) will let you know if your ready for the additional weight. Stick with whatever you feel comfortable wearing throughout the day b/c time in more important than the weight itself when it comes to stretching. Have fun.

    • Thx, BT, now that I am into month 3, of a long process I am aware, what you are saying I am already realizing……so thx for the reassurance…..I am comfortable with the 2 20mm all day now, and will just “hang” with that until the next step in the process……..
